AdaptForge is designed as a private intervention tracking and review tool. The app is intended to store your intervention records, notes, adherence logs, and related app data on your device unless a future version clearly states otherwise.

Information you enter

You may enter goals, intervention names, schedules, adherence check-ins, notes, and other context. This information is used to operate the app features on your device.

Apple Health data

If you grant permission, AdaptForge may read selected Apple Health metrics so they can be displayed alongside your intervention timeline. You control Apple Health access through iOS settings and may revoke access at any time.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your Apple Health data for advertising.
• We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing advice.

Changes
