- Heart rate data recorded during sessions
- Apple Health workout data, where permission is granted
How Data Is Used
ThermaForge uses data only to provide core app functionality, including:
- Recording and displaying session summaries
- Saving sessions to Apple Health, where enabled
- Displaying session history and related metrics
Apple Health
If you grant permission, ThermaForge writes session data to Apple Health and may read heart rate data needed to display session summaries and support app functionality.
Health data is used only for app functionality and is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Data Sharing
ThermaForge does not sell your personal data and does not share health data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Accounts and Tracking
ThermaForge does not require a user account. ThermaForge does not use third-party advertising and does not track users across apps or websites.
Data Storage
App data is stored on your device and, where permitted, in Apple Health. If you remove the app or delete data from Apple Health, related data may no longer be available in the app.
